Rockery cottage sleeps 4 and has secure off road gravel parking area approaching the entrance door. Next to the parking area there is a small enclosed garden with rockery, garden furniture is provided, enabling guests to relax while taking in the views of the Wolds countryside. Please note there is ample extra parking available in the parking area to the rear of the cottage complex. 

On entering the cottage there is a small vestibule where you can hang coats and store footwear, step down and you enter the lounge which has a desk and chair, sofa, and 2 comfy wing back chairs. There is a large wall mounted television. Proceeding through the lounge you enter the spacious, airy kitchen diner. There is all the expected equipment: electric oven and hob, upright fridgefreezer, dishwasher, toaster and microwave. Dining table and 4 chairs enable guests to gather and enjoy a meal. A staircase provides access to the 2 bedrooms – one a twin with en-suite walk in shower and w/c, the other a king size double with en-suite offering shower over bath, basin and w/c. Both bedrooms have wardrobes and chests of drawers, there are televisions in both.

There is a downstairs washroom with basin and w/c, and opposite there is a utility room with washing machine, Dyson vacuum cleaner, mop, and ironing board with iron.
